Great flat in colchester

Great flat in colchester very close to north station ie 10 min walk and hospital across the road. bus stop at the end of the road 1 min away if that.

Room one has a double bed two wardrobes and space for a desk if needed. The room has access to a shower room and toilet although this is not en suite as such the secound bedroom has its own bathroom.

Room 2 has a double bed double chest of draws and two huge wardrobes so plenty of storage. It has its own en suite with bath but no shower, this is shared with room 1. Room 2 will also have the parking spot as part of the aggrement too, but parking is not an issue in this area for residents or guests.

The flat is ground floor and has a bike shed next to the patio doors to the front room. A sky package on the main tv is availible and a tv socket for normal tv is in both the bedrooms. The flat has gas central heating and hot water when needed. The kitchen is fully equiped with washing machine and dishwasher. I have a cleaner come once every other week to clean flat from top to bottom and if you give her some extra money she will also iron your clothes.

the flat would suit a young professional. The flat will be shared with one other person and i expect both people to respect the others privacy, also no parties are allowed but friends can crash over etc as long as the other flatmate is ok with this. Will need to meet all prospective tennants and will need proof of income. Bills are included but excesive use or telephone bills are not.

I am moving from the area to Brighton so will not be back often to check so the cleaner and my parents will do regular spot inspections to make sure people are not trashing the place
