Double Room in a Houseshare

Double Room

I have had a female in the double room a number of years and would like to continue to have a female for that room.

The house is close to the city center. It would take around 20 minutes to walk to town.

Buses in to town run every 10 minutes.

The local shops are a short walk away.

The room is in a three bedroom semi-detached house in a quite area.

There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property.

You will be sharing the amenities, which includes the bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and wireless broadband.

You must have a full time day job.

There is no off street parking but you can park on the road close to the house.

I have one pet, which is a medium sized dog called Mango. If you have a dog they would be welcome to stay here.
