Room in sunny apartment close to town.

I have a double room for single use in my 2 bed apartment in Colchester.

The room may be available earlier than feb as advertised, my current flat mate is currently moving out. The room is a double and comes with double bed and large double wardrobe. There is a tv point in the room and space for bedside unit and dresser or desk.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in the building. It is 3 years old and in great condition. There are 2 bathrooms but I would still need to share the main bathroom sometimes. The living area is open plan kitchen and living room with a large balcony to sit out on. There is also a roof terrace upstairs. The rent will include all bills including broadband and sky.

On street parking is available.

I work away from home so you would have the place to yourself at times. When I'm home I'm usually quiet but have my friends over some weekends for drinks. I am sociable and get on very well with my current flat-mate who is moving out. I keep the place clean and tidy and would like whoever moves in to do the same. I smoke occasionally but only out on the balcony. If you'd like to come and have a look around please feel free to get in touch.

Short term lets ok and I can adjust the rate for a Monday to Friday let if required.
