We have available 2 large double rooms with ensuite located on the top floor of a townhouse. We only wish to rent one. Therefore whichever room is chosen you will occupy the top floor of the house with sole privacy and space.

Couples will be considered but rent pcm to be negotiated.

The blue double room is available now and can be furnished.

The White/red room is available from 22 August 2016 and is fully furnished.

The house is situated 5 minute drive/15 walk to the North Colchester train station, local ASDA supermarket, 5 minute car A12 access, a 5 minute walk to the local co-op, pub, fish and chip shop and Colchester General Hospital. The town centre is accessible by foot in 20 minutes or by bus.

The house benefits from a rear garden, large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar/diner, washer/dryer, off street parking on the rear driveway, sky broadband and sky TV access in the kitchen and shared living room.

We are between 32-35 who have rented this room for the past 2 years to a junior doctor at Colchester hospital. We are both professionals, sociable, chatty and considerate who appreciate people's individual space. We also have 2 indoor cats.
