House is well furnished, comfortable and warm. There is a large garden with dining room opening onto the garden which is ideal for entertaining in the summer months!
Colchester town is a short 15 minute walk and so ideal for commuters or those working in Colchester. There is space for a car to be parked on the street in front of the house. No permit required.
I am very sociable, but also respect my own space as well as those I live with. I enjoy peace and quiet after work, as well as talking and cooking to relax. I have a cute cat who is very friendly and quite sociable too!
