Double sized room in 2 bed flat with parking

N. B THIS ROOM IS OFFERED FURNISHED WITH A SINGLE BED BUT ALSO AVAILABLE UNFURNISHED AND EASILY FITS A DOUBLE BED.

I am looking for a friendly, good-natured person to share my flat. I am offering a fair sized, furnished room with a single bed, desk, shelves and built in double wardrobe. This room is also offered unfurnished and easily fits a double bed.

The monthly rent includes all bills including council tax and virgin broadband and TV.

I also ask for a small security deposit to cover against breakages. I have not done this in the past and have unfortunately had several kitchen items broken and not replaced.

I am a 28 year old midwife and work full time at Colchester Hospital.
I do sometimes work night shifts and therefore need to live with someone who understands that occasionally I need quiet to sleep in the day, as far as is reasonably possible of course.

I enjoy watching films and socializing (I have quite an extensive DVD collection!) but equally sometimes enjoy chilling out on my own in my room so am understanding of someone else's need to do that too. I am not easily offended!

I am by no means a clean freak but really enjoy the flat when it is reasonably clean and tidy so would really appreciate finding someone to live with who wants this too.

The shared areas include a good sized living room, a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle and a kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a gas hob and electric cooker, washer/dryer and a large fridge/freezer.

There is also dedicated car park for the building with one space for each of the 5 flats and a space for guests. The spaces are not allocated though and rarely there is a need to park on the road outside.
