We are looking for a trustworthy respectful person to rent our furnished double room out to for £400 a month.
You will be living with me and my partner, 24 and 26, and also our dog who loves people, so you MUST be tolerate of dogs.
We live just off of Ipswich road, which is a short walk to town via castle park, and the country park is also a stone throws away which also comes out opposite the hospital. The A12 is also accessible from Ipswich road.
Its a quiet road but not to far from all the main areas of the town.
There is a lot of parking space outside our house on the road.
Short term lets only, 6 months maximum
a £300 deposit will be required
