It has a double bed, with orthopaedic mattress, pine chest of drawers, pine bedside cabinet & a single wardrobe. There is no TV but there is an aerial if you would like to bring one. There is a lounge, dining room, kitchen & bathroom for your use.
I live in the house with my 10 year old son & cat.
I am looking for a conscientious professional person who would be interested in sharing.
There would be a deposit of £400 payable which would be returned on departure. Rent is payable monthly in advance.
