Double room can be furnished or unfurnished in a 5 year old house. Located by abbey fields in Colchester. Parking is outside the house on the driveway. The house is very large for a 2 bed property it has a communal kitchen, lounge and garden. the room is of a good size double and has its own bathroom next door that won't be used by the landlord. The property also has its own private garden that is very quiet and also has a large field at the front. It's a lovely quiet location that has a 5 min walk to the town centre.
I am easy going and work in London so am not in during the day. I like to keep the house clean and tidy and all I ask is that the tenant does the same. However I would still like them to feel at home and relax.
