I'm currently a student in the university of Essex looking to rent out a double room for the academic year 2016-2017.
It will be in a newly built house (2 years old) on Brook Street, which is a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre and a 15 minute bus-ride to the uni. The room is a double bedroom and will be furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe and a study desk. There is also exclusive use of a bathroom upstairs, next to the room. The house has a living room, dining and kitchen on the ground floor and there's a garden and patio behind. It is also equipped with a security alarm system.
The rent will be £460 pcm inclusive of utility and internet bills and the contract will be for 12 months.
