One Gorgeous Room

Perfect Room for a professional male (no DSS, employed only).

The house has been decorated to a very high standard, oak floors downstairs and new carpets upstairs. I have a home cinema system downstairs with blue ray. There is wireless broadband, and off street parking is available. The kitchen has all you need with dishwasher tumble dryer etc. Its really nice !!

I am 1 minute away (walking), from the high street shops (Tesco/ banks etc). Bus stop right outside with loads of bus routes into Romford (3 miles away). Nearest tube station is Newbury Park (central line) takes about 5 minutes in the car to reach that station.

I enjoy the gym, and a beer on some weekends.

Im looking for someone who is clean, responsible. and friendly with a sense of humour. Normal sleeping patterns are good to.

No Alcoholics or smokers

Quiet people wanted no party animals please!!

We have a cleaner that attends weekly.
