A Lovely and modern furnished double room available in a new house (SHARING WITH OTHERS), 10-12 minutes walk from Becontree Station, 4 mins walk to bus stops, modern and safe neighbourhood, the house comes with a Manchester United male supporter and a female Tottenham supporter, though West Ham and Arsenal supporters are welcomed of course!!! However you don't even have to be a football fan! We are very chilled and looking for likeminded persons.
There is also a large garden and lots of free parking, washing machine, all built-in amenities, is double glazed. I am looking for tidy (MUST) individual and preferably professional. £500 per month: this already includes council tax, utility bills and wifi. As it is a big house, this includes contribution for a cleaner to come once a week to clean communal areas. This is already reflected in the price.
