It's a three bed family house . We are looking for a mature and easygoing professional single female to join with us . The house is very clean and tidy. We have two young kids as well. The rent is £75 per week ( including all bills such as gas, water, electricity and internet). 4 weeks rent need to be paid in advance as deposit. The room has a single bed with storage undernith and a small chest of drawers. A table and chair could be given if necessary.
