Dear future house mate,

We can only imagine how glad you must be to finally come across the room you were so keen to find. Yes, this is it! The Room. Just look at the pictures, what an amazing living space, true, hard to source laminate flooring, (not-)matching reclaimed trendy pine/mdf furniture and a choice of two(!) paintings (prints actually). And the bathroom on the picture? All yours (while you are staying with us, also the responsibility to keep it clean, see terms and conditions..)! We must point out how sad we are to hear, that you have given up on playing instruments, loud music, bringing your friends, family and partners around, also we almost traumatised to hear that you will not smoke nor drink alcohol in our home. We understand you are a sociable being but also an individual who takes great pride in keeping his/her house mates happy and chilled by being nice, friendly and by having a common sense. We are happy to see you do some North Korean style hard labour in the garden, digging trenches for tulips or peeling some potatoes in the kitchen then present us with your unique cooking talent followed by a short break of self-reflection by the pond before getting on with other choirs. Once again, we are so happy that we finally found each other, give us a call.
