The room

I am letting my spare room of my 2 bedroom flat. It is situated set back away from road with a large country park behind, so is very peaceful. There is off road car parking. There are buses 5 mins (Walk) away and local train station, Dagenham East is 10 mins (Walk) away so can be in london within 30 mins. The buses are also a quick route into town for bars and there are local shops within walking distance. It is a partly furnished double room big enough to have a double bed. The rest of the flat is furnished. I am fun and easy to get on with, respectful of shared living spaces and like to keep things tidy-ish.
