Hello, this room will be open from the end of June to the end of September. No references required, just looking to rent it out while I go back to America for the summer, so if you're a student looking to remain in London over the summer while finding a new place to live for fall this room is ideal. Gorgeous room in a large semi-detached house 5 min walk from Elm Park station (far east on district line.) King size bed included, just bring your own sheets. Fully furnished house and room with loads of storage. Current housemates are friendly and social, we are all easy going and welcome you to have a good time while in the house. We all enjoy having friends over and the occasional mild party, while maintaining a nice and clean house. Elm Park is a super safe/quiet area but great transportation links with the train station just down the road. Get in touch ASAP and we'll sort out viewings and meetings with the other housemates!
