I'm moving out of this superb flat in Epping, and the room will be available from 1st July 2024. I've been sharing the space with Louisa (34), who runs her fashion business.

The flat is fully furnished and decorated, so you only need to move your belongings in. It's a nice, homely space perfect for a young professional.

It's very close to amenities, such as the Epping Forest, High Street and Epping Station on the Central Line.

There's one bathroom and one toilet. It's a 2-floor, very well-decorated flat.

Bills are around £150.

To secure the room, you must undergo a referencing check and sign a contract with the letting agency.
