I am looking for a "professional" to occupy the single room .
It's a quiet house in the most part and I would like it to remain so.
In addition to the room, you will have access to the bathroom and the kitchen.
Washing machine (additional cost) is available and the normal cupboard and fridge space can be allocated if needed.

we are just about 10 minutes from the bus and trains station less than 15mins, London Fenchurch Street 35mins on the c2c from Grays town.
