The building

Hi

I am living in a 2 bedroom flat and I am offering my second room for let. It is a very good sized room.

Bed and bedside storage included. You will also have your own storage to put any extra stuff you don't want to put in your room.
The bed opens up as also another form of storage.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the TRAIN station, BUS station, post office and town center.

It is 3 minutes walk away from the delivery office and it is practically 2 minutes away from large Morrisons food store. So accessible to everything you need.

The entrance to the building is beautiful and it also has a large balcony that is available to all tenants.

I would prefer a non smoker, but if you do smoke, it is not the end of the world. The balcony is always available to do so.

The building has its own car park. We have our own parking bay. I don't drive, so this parking bay is available to you if you do so.
