This is a PREMIUM room lettings.
I am looking for just 1 tenant at this moment of time although this is a 6 bedroom house.
This property offers all rooms except 1 of double size, The double room have 5 ft. bed & expensive furniture. The whole house has full gas central heating, double glazing and is fully furnished. This let will include all utility bills and council tax. There is 1 large bathroom and a separate large shower room with a wash basin & wc in each. All rooms have own lock & key. All bedrooms can receive digital or Sky channels & full wireless Broadband. There is a leisure lounge that has good quality leather sofas with TV & full Sky. There is also Xbox & PS3. There is also WiFi broadband. There is a large fitted kitchen/diner with plenty of space to prepare & cook food and to eat. There is plenty cooking appliances which includes a microwave oven, plenty of plates, cups, glasses and a large draw full of utensils. Also a dish washer, 2 large fridges & 4 freezers and plenty of cupboard space. In the dinning area is a large table & chairs. There is a TV and radio too. Just of off this is a utility room for doing washing, drying & ironing of clothes. There is also a large patio and garden with access from the diner or lounge where you can relax, weather permitting, which is quite private. There will be a cleaner arranged for general cleaning but excludes any mess made while preparing and eating food. This will be the responsibility of tenants. If any tenants do require help with personal cleaning then this can be arrange with the cleaner for a small charge. There is no expense spared for this letting and so looking for mature responsible and considerate people that will get on with each other. There is also enough parking space for 5 cars. This property is just 10 mins. walk to the train station that takes you to Colchester in 15min. & Liverpool St. in just over an hour. The purpose of this let is to give opportunity to those that has just fallen on difficult or awkward times and to those that would like to keep a good standard of living but not to pay 4 star rates. All you have to bring is your food & clothes. There will be plans to have installed & fitted in & around house 12 cctv camera's for extra comfort & security. Because of this type of letting there may be a guarantor required for this letting. As well as a security deposit there will be a requirement of 4 wks rent in advance too.
