Renovated terraced house with driveway parking, security lighting and cctv. High speed broadband, your own tv lounge, sky tv and Apple tv, Netflix etc.. Full use of garden and bbq, I live here alone and depending what project I'm on, I sometimes travel mondays to Fridays. You would have full use of the house which sits on the edge of a nature reserve. Although this a double room with double bed, it is for single occupancy only and no stay overs. Only 10 minute walk from the town centre. I'm pretty laid back, my family (2 x daughters) occasionally pop in and we often have the bbq's in the summer. I enjoy cooking, (have all the gadgets) , watching movies, travel, skiing.
