The current rent, for single occupancy, is £795. 00 per month, inclusive of all utilities, wireless fibre optic 500mb broadband and council tax. The room is suitable for a couple and would increase the rent by £150.00 per month.

The monthly rent includes for all utility bills, including council tax and WiFi broadband.
