Amazing single room available near town center, Sainsbury’s, trains station and hospital just 5 mins walk away.. all bills included.. you’ll have your own small fridge freezer.. shared kitchen, large bathroom, downstairs toilet with washing machine and a small garden to have clothes dry. the house comes with allocated parking for two cars but can park anywhere in the street. smokers allowed but only outside the garden.. we have 2 cats But we keep everything tidy.. full reference from open rent will be done so please don’t waste my time. No parties allowed as I have a nervous indoor cat. FEMALES preferred please
