- Excellent transport links to Romford, Hornchurch, Emerson Park and Upminster. Bus outside my house to Romford and Hornchurch in 8 mins
- Family home with my mature, well behaved 10 year old daughter
- 2 living rooms and open plan kitchen, the main living room can be used on agreement to suit each other schedules for our own privacy
- 3 toilets, one outside the room
- Occasional or non-smoker preferred but can be discussed
- A full time student or professional working full time, noone working from home please
- It's a single person occupancy only, with no guests please (based on previous experiences)
