Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and multiplex cinema. Romford Market open Wednesday and weekend. Sainsbury and Tesco are both local. Easy commute to the Docklands and the City. 5 mins from Elm Park Station (Disrtrict Line) by bus or 5 mins to Romford overhead Station - 10 mins by train to Stratford and 20 mins to Liverpool St Station. Close to A13, A12, A127 and M25, 15 mins drive to Lakeside Shopping Centre.
