Room to rent in a lovely home with garden & cat

• The room has storage and comes furnished with either a single or double bed of your choosing.

• Additional storage is available in the large garage.

• On-street parking is free and plentiful.

• There is also a shared driveway.

• In the living room we have:
♦ an excellent hifi and 52" TV for communal use
♦ two sofas and an armchair. One of the sofas is a sofa bed should someone be visiting either of us. (This is rare, but we can both have guests occasionally)

• The Living room is open-plan to the dining room with a separate, relatively large, kitchen.

• The dining room has an adaptable oak table so you can arrange to have guests round and host.

• The Garden, equipped with communal BBQ, is full of flowers and wildlife. I have to confess I don't do much with it, but would lend a hand if you had a "vision" otherwise, it's a nice place to chill out regardless of whether you're a big gardener!

• My cat, Misty, is very well behaved and and unless you're allergic you will love her!

• The Bathroom/ Toilet has a bath and toilet with a shower adaptor.

• Infinite hot water and great central heating via one of those awesome instant-heat boilers.

• Super-fast broadband/ wifi at 150mb/sec is available for communal use!

• I work in media and run my own business. I have been doing this for 8 years and recently moved to offices in Brentwood which is why I need a roommate to help with rent.

• My business started with an Enterprise loan from the Prince's Trust and I am now an ambassador for the Prince's Trust. Needless to say I am very reliable and professional.
