Hi, I have a large recently decorated single room to let in my three bedroom detached house in a quiet residential road in Hornchurch, just off Westland Avenue and 10 minute walk to Upminster Bridge tube station.

My home is situated right between Hornchurch and Upminster town centres, there are local supermarkets and restaurants, with lots of bars and shops located nearby.

Local station Upminster allows fantastic transport links direct to London, Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street along with a good bus network.

I work in the City and can work long hours sometimes, also may be at home for some weekends or away. I’m looking for a trustworthy professional to share my home with. I also have a cat so looking for someone who doesn't mind animals.

Ideally I’m looking for a working professional to share with, who can tidy up after themselves and don't mind sharing the basic household chores!

Room comes available fully furnished, single bed inc mattress and very large fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. All bills and council tax are included plus WI-FI. There’s the use of a living room, kitchen, garden and a shared bathroom. Your welcome to use the washing machine facilities and there is plenty of off street parking.
