Room to let in Clean and Spacious split level flat

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room for a short term of 3 months (until 31/01/2014) however I can be flexible with this. The flat is on two floors with spacious living / dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom (with bath and electric shower) and spare room on the first floor and my bedroom on the second floor.
Rent includes all bills including Virgin media box in the bedrooms and living room. Wifi throughout.
I ask for a security deposit of £400
I am away most weekends and will be absent for the majority of the time returning on the odd week night and weekend, so whoever rents the room will find that they will have the flat to themselves more often than not.
The flat is situated in a very quiet and green cul-de-sac. There is a Tesco supermarket within walking distance as well other amenities and shops including a 24 hour petrol garage and shop.
Being 10 minutes away from Brentwood, Billericay and Basildon makes for a great location with plenty to do. I am within easy reach of Laindon Station for an easy commute into London.
I also have a cat who is very nice and friendly!
Allocated parking space and plenty of visitors parking.
Lots of storage space including a shed for bike storgae if required.
