Room available in country based house

The view

Cat resident.

Own room, furnished. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room.
Back garden, not too big and mostly lawn.
Off road parking/ own car essential. There is a tv in there.
Rent includes bills. Plus contribution to fortnightly professional clean of communal areas. Food not included.

The room is a large room, with single bed. It is going to repainted and made good, But is sound. There are locks on both sides, for privacy/security.

The property has excellent links to Newport Station, Audley End station, Bishops Stortford station and Stansted Airport.

The home has good links to Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden, Cambridge, Royston and the M11. it is also in the countryside with excellent views.

In terms of references, one from current/ new employer and a personal reference would be ideal. I am open to negotiating the upper limit of my age band.

I am looking for someone who, as well as being NS, is quite quiet. But reasonably friendly. Reasonably tidy, w/o being OCD over it.
