I have a double sized room to rent which is part furnished with a double wardrobe.
Living in the house is myself , my girlfriend stays over most nights but is looking to move in in the next couple of months. My son stays every other weekend and every wednesday, he is 5 and causes no hassle.
Family home with working professionals full time. We are looking for a nice person to rent a room with all bills included in price. There is some shared access to the house and garden. The bedroom for rent is very large with TV aerial access.
Driveway is shared with plenty of road parking, the road itself is very quiet for Leigh.
The house is walking to Leigh on sea broadway, A13, good access to A127.
The house has been redecorated throughout, new carpets, new kitchen and is always spotless throughout. We are very tidy and clean people so looking for someone to respect this. Has a fitted and used property alarm.
