I have a spacious double room with TV point available in a lovely three bedroom house currently occupied by myself (aged 47).
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Leigh-on-Sea near to local amenities and a pleasant country park. It is also conveniently situated for travel by:
• Road - A127 (2 mins drive)
• Rail - Leigh-on-Sea station (5 min drive)
• Air - Southend Airport (10 min drive)
• Southend Hospital (5 min drive)
Parking is pretty easy.
The house itself has WIFI, double glazing, central heating, a cosy lounge, separate conservatory, a nice kitchen and bathroom and large shower.
There is also a pretty little garden.
I consider myself fun, pleasant and easy to get along with. I commute to London part time.
It would suit someone who likes dogs as I have a quiet little Cairn terrier who is great company and very friendly..
