Fantastic flat in a brilliant location, 5 mins from the heart of Leigh on sea. 15 minute walk down to Leigh on sea train station. There is also a waitrose just around the corner!!!
Double room with bed, chest of draws, in built wardrobe and own balcony. Also has tv point in the room. Flat has all normal amenities; washing machine, dryer, dish washer -!: a nice chilled out lounge. The flat also has a balcony leading down to its own garden with shed to store bikes etc. Also free on street parking all along the road.
All bills (utilities, tv license, council tax, broadband) included in the rent.
