There are two showers/bathrooms, one on each floor. There is a large fully equipped kitchen/living area with all mod con including air fryer, washing machine and tumble drier.

Access to communal garden with seating area, perfect for relaxation after work.

All bills are included (fair usage policy applies) plus ultra fast broadband, up-to 70Mbs. although this will be subjected to a fair usage policy.

The communal areas are cleaned weekly and a seasonal gardener.

The property is located just off the A13 with access to array of shops, bars and restaurants including The Elms Pub, Waitrose, Tesco Expess and Iceland to name a few. Leigh Broadway and Chalkwell Station is a 20 mins walk away and there are frequent buses into Southend town centre.
