Double bedroom/share home in Nazeing, Essex. 1 1/2 mile down road is Broxbourne, Herts. Broxbourne Station is 1 1/4 mile away and it takes just 20 minutes to get into central London.
The room has a double bed, fitted cupboards and a bedside table. Wallmounted large TV with sky.
I have Sky + which includes films. I also have Broadband + wireless.

I also have a nice garden with a veranda.

The house is cleaned by an excellent lady once a week.

Just around the corner is an excellent parade of shops, including a Costcutter, which is open until 9pm each evening.

There is a park practically opposite the shops - where I take my dogs for their walks.

I do have two dogs. One wesite and one rescue spaniel dog. They are great company and absolutely love people. You must be an animal lover.

I live in a cul de sac and, therefore, it is very quiet here and I have lovely neighbours.

Good access to M25.
