The flat is clean, with no-shoes policy.
The lodger must not be working from home, be clean, not load, and kindly respect my space & privacy.
The area is very quiet, free parking. 5-minute walk to bus stop, 8-minute walk to Purfleet train station. Regular C2C trains into West Ham Barking and London Fenchurch Street and nearby areas.
Local shops/ post office, nearby shopping areas, Lakeside/Bluewater. 5 -8 minutes walk to the Thames River/Marsh area.
