We are also situated just a stones throw from the Rayleigh town centre which has numerous bars & restaurants, a medical centre, dentists, supermarkets, a library, vets, sports centres, parks and much more – in a nutshell you literally don’t need a car here as everything is within walking distance, including the train station. There is also easy commuting to London with a regular direct train to Liverpool Street in under 40 mins and minutes away are the A127 and A13 roads. If you do have a car there is an in/out driveway for easy parking. Facilities include the kitchen/diner which has the usual appliances - double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc - lounge plus bathroom which includes a separate shower & bath.
