I have a big 4 bedroom house with a friend as a tenant soon to move out. It'll only be myself living here. The second floor hardly gets used, so probably best to rent a room. It's a lovely Victorian town house. A bathroom on the 2nd floor and bedroom that can be the tenants sole use. I'm good fun and a professional in the city. The only reason I'm happy to have a tenant is due to the space that doesn't get used.
