Furnished double room in shared house

Double room available in shared house, I live with my son who is at college and I also rent out one other room, but the tenant is out frequently.
I have one cat who lives upstairs and two large but friendly dogs, so you must be ok with that although they do not have access to the room.
I am within walking distance to the station and shops and close to the airport, due to the expansion there is some noise now.
Looking for an easy going individual who feels comfortable with dogs.
I am awaiting a sale of a new property but haven't got a moving date yet, there is a possibility that the room may be available to rent after this period, this will need to be discussed.
No deposit needed for short term.
