You will have access to a bathroom that you will share with one other tenant. You will also have access to the main shared kitchen and garden area.
Parking spot is available should you need it.
The closest bus stop is a 2minute walk, and then a 10minute bus journey to Romford station.
As a live in landlord I am looking for a full time student or working professional who is out most of the time. The person must be clean and be respectful of my property. I also expect them to clean up after themselves and keep the shared areas of the house clean and tidy.
