The outdoor terrace area is about 300 sq/ft with table and chairs and a 3 burner gas BBQ - perfect for summer evenings. The property is south-facing so the terrace gets sunshine from dawn until dusk during the summer months.
Sky TV is available in the living room along with lots of other AV equipment, in addition to 75mb fiber optic broadband being available throughout the property. All bills are included.
I am looking for someone who is outgoing, easy to live with and sociable. Must be clean and tidy and help with all household cleaning chores, especially keeping the main bathroom clean since nobody else will really use it. The reward is a bucket load of freshly roasted coffee most mornings! :)
