The room is a double with a bed and a large built in double-wardrobe. The room also has direct access to the main bathroom via jack-and-jill doors, so unless there are guests in the house, this can more or less function as an en-suite. The window is covered by plantation shutters as you can see in the photo.

The flat is nicely furnished with some bauhaus-era furniture and decor.

The outdoor terrace area is about 300 sq/ft with table and chairs and a 3 burner gas BBQ - perfect for summer evenings. The property is south-facing so the terrace gets sunshine from dawn until dusk during the summer months.

Sky TV is available in the living room along with lots of other AV equipment, in addition to 75mb fiber optic broadband being available throughout the property. All bills are included.

I am looking for someone who is outgoing, easy to live with and sociable. Must be clean and tidy and help with all household cleaning chores, especially keeping the main bathroom clean since nobody else will really use it. The reward is a bucket load of freshly roasted coffee most mornings! :)
