I am a live-out Landlord and I have a large double room available for rent in Romford for £105 per week. The property is located a short walk from the station and town centre and has easy access to the A12. The price is £105 and includes all bills including wifi.

The room comes fully furnished as does the rest of the house. It currently has 3 other tenants living there, you would be the 4th and final person in the property. There is a shared living area and bathroom with separate WC and a huge garden so there is plenty of room for 4 tenants. The existing 3 tenants are all working and I am looking for another worker to take this room (Proof will be required). It's a chilled out, quiet house so I'm looking for a chilled out, quiet person to fit in well with the other tenants. This is not a party house, and everybody is respectful of each other.

Its a lovely property and has recently been refurbished. It is finished to a good standard and is centrally located so is ideal for a commuter. The room has recently been re-decorated and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen and living areas are also fully furnished.

I require 4 weeks rent in advanced. A deposit of £420 is required or a non refundable fee of £150 is also payable
