Room to let in a great location

I have for offer a large double room with a king size bed, available in a 3 bedroom house of a good size house. The third bedroom is not for rent I am a 31 year old (house trained) male, I work in central London and I am easy going and have a wide variety of interests.

The house has been totally refurbished to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking utensil you would ever need. There is off street parking and on street with no parking permit required. Wireless internet broadband connection available, this is at no extra cost. All bills are included. The garden is of a good size and is lovely in the sun, when we have some. The road is a very, very quiet and in one of Romford’s most sought after areas. The house is a non-smoking house so you would need to be a non-smoker. I do like to keep the house tidy but don't have OCDs about it, I also have a good cleaner come round once a week.

It is a short walk into Romford town centre or there are several buses into town and elsewhere. From Romford it is a 20min train journey to London Liverpool Street.
