Nice clean single and double room, the single room is a small box room with a single bed and the double room has a double bed . The house is in quiet street with big park at end of the road (2 houses up).
Please note i do have a dog and she is very friendly.
There is large shared kitchen and lounge room. Bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath
Extra Cost of £15 per month, per person
We all put in £10 for cleaning products, toilet paper ect
£5 for internet
Regarding the parking it is residents only so a parking permit will be required and it cost £30 per year approx.
