Room includes desk, triple mirrored wardrobe, lockable cabinet, tv if required, own satellite dish (freesat although you could get your own Sky subscription if you wish), blackout curtains, WiFi (unlimited).

Downstairs is a lounge with bay window, dining room with real log fire, dining table which converts to games table (poker, pool, airhockey). Kitchen with new appliances, including dishwasher and washer/dryer, microwave, small breakfast bar. Large bathroom with electric shower, airing cupboard and your own mirrored cabinet and towel rail. Peaceful garden with table/umbrella, BBQ area and pond. Shed and loft space available to provide additional storage. House is also visited by an extremely friendly cat.

Short walk from Queen's Hospital (house is ideal for hospital staff and local shops, bus stop at top of road or 15 min walk to central Romford. Off-peak fast train will get you into Stratford in 8 mins.
