Monday - Friday; Double w ensuite

We are looking for a single lodger who will stay Monday to Friday only who will return to their main residence on weekends (mostly because their home is too far from work to commute daily.)
The room is a comfortable and private space on a top floor for a work away professional.
The Cambridge to London (Liverpool Street) rail line is 2 miles away and therefore travel is best by car. Access to M11/ A11/ A505 is from Duxford to the north or at Stansted / A120 in the south. Cambridge is an easy 30 minutes by car and by public transport requires a bus and train journey; (nearer 60 minutes), it's 12 miles to Stansted Airport, 45 miles to London.
The house is in a very quiet area, well away from the main road. The room is a very good size and has a double bed with bedside tables, small chest of drawers , desk and armchair and built-in wardrobe. Bed linen, duvet and pillows provided (including laundering) or provide you own as desired. All cleaning done (fortnightly) included.
The room also has a good size en-suite shower room/toilet. There is a television point in the room.
Ideal for anyone working at local science parks including Granta Park, Chesterford Research Park, Genome Campus, Babraham Institute etc.
The location is within 10 mins pleasant walk to the town centre with a variety of restaurants/cafes, pubs and shops. There is a nearby sports centre with gym and swimming pool.
We would like someone who keeps regular hours and not shifts and who can provide references from their workplace or previous places of residence.
Sorry to have to emphasise but we are not looking for couples and although we are 30 minutes (by car) commuting distance to Cambridge we are not in Cambridge itself making it probably unsuitable for most students.
