Me and my friend will be having single or double room to rent on the end of may .We live in Saffron Walden and reason why we looking for a logder is that our roommate is moving out. Room can be single or double. Both are unfurnished but nice. Single room its a not very big.. but easy to accomodate with bed, a wardrobe, a chest drewer and a table. Double room its large and ideally will suit couples or single professional Its 320£/month rent for a Single room or 400£/month for a Double room plus shared bills.
