We are looking for someone to share our flat in the lovely old town of Saffron Walden. The flat overlooks a large green and open area but is near sports centre (5 mins walk), pubs/restaurants and good shopping facilities are in the town - Waitrose and Tesco. Small Tesco less than 10 mins. walk away. Good rail and road links to Cambridge and London. Also Stansted Airport - bus to Stansted airport stops right outside the flat.

Room has double bed, bedside tables, double fitted wardrobe, desk and chair. Desk is new and is not in the photograph. Shared sitting room and kitchen. But only shared infrequently as we are out or away a lot. So majority of the flat will be just for your use much of the time. Main bathroom is just across passage from bedroom but is for your personal use as we have our own shower room en suite. Bath and shower.

Access via stairs or lift. Allocated parking space.
