I am looking for a roommate in Saffron Walden, Essex.

The room is a furnished double, comfortable and private for a professional. The room is a good size and has a brand new double bed and mattress, brand new drawers and wardrobe. Bed linen, duvet and pillows provided or provide you own as desired. There is a television point in the room. The house has also has a large living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet & storage cupboard and bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. Unlimited Wi-Fi and street parking.
Ideal for anyone working in Cambridge, Stansted Airport or the City.

The location is within 5 mins walk to the town centre with a variety of restaurants/cafes, pubs and shops. There is a nearby sports centre with gym and swimming pool.

Ideally I would like a professional between 21-35.

The Cambridge to London (Liverpool Street) rail line is 2 miles away and there is easy access to M11/ A11/ A505. It’s 15 miles to Cambridge, 14 miles to Bishops Stortford, 12 miles to Stansted Airport and 45 miles to London, all accessible by train or motorway.

The house is in quiet area, away from any main roads. This is for a single person and I am not looking for couples.
