Housemate wanted

Im looking for a new housemate to join me in my 2 bed house. Ideally im looking for someone who would prefer some company than to isolate themselves to one room.
I have a double room up for rent, which is furnished and has fitted wardrobes. The bathroom and kithchen are a good size and are modern and bright. Downstairs is laminate flooring throughout, and the bedrooms are carpeted. The house has a garden, and parking. It is located near train station and has a bus stop immediatly outside. I have sky tv and internet. Washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
