I have a room for rent in the Hedingham, Essex area, 3 miles from Halstead. No time wasters please.
Room/ in house share available immediately, I am looking for a more long term lodger but short term considered.
I have a dog so you would have to be animal friendly. Clean but comfortable home the house is a semi detached 3 bed, it has a large sitting room with an open fire, large kitchen, central heating, broadband, secure back garden and plenty of shed space, you would need to be a driver or happy to use buses but the bus timetable is not the best in the world especially in the evenings, Last bus back 8.20pm
I would consider 1 dog but it would have to be friendly and get on with mine, sorry no cats
the room is £400 a month plus council tax which is around £40 pcm.
